A worker has died in a workplace accident in the South Australian town of Monash on Tuesday.
Emergency services including police and ambulance attended the scene at a business around 3.30 pm after reports of a fallen steel tank.
Initial reports suggest that the worker was underneath the gantry crane when the tank fell on top of him. The worker died at the scene.
SA Police are preparing a report for the coroner, and Safe Work South Australia has attended the scene but indicated that they will not release any information while the investigation is underway.
