Trinitas Group provided specialist environmental services for the Warringah Freeway Upgrade, a major NSW Government infrastructure project delivered by Transport for NSW. As part of the broader Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link program, this upgrade is improving approximately 4 km of one of Sydney’s busiest motorways between North Sydney and Naremburn. The project includes new ramps, dedicated bus lanes, improved interchanges, bridge upgrades, and better connectivity to reduce congestion and enhance safety for motorists, buses, and active transport users.

Our scope of works included Material import assessments, Waste Analysis and Classifications, and VENM Assessments. These services supported the safe and compliant management of materials during extensive earthworks and construction. Trinitas worked as part of the delivery team on this complex project, which has a total estimated cost of approximately $2.1 billion and is being constructed by the CPB Contractors & DT Infrastructure Joint Venture (principal contractor).
