Trinitas Group was engaged as the lead environmental consultant for the major redevelopment at Edmund Rice College in West Wollongong. This $12 million project includes the construction of a new two-storey specialist Technical and Applied Studies (TAS) facility, refurbishment of Block B, and rejuvenation of Block C’s hospitality precinct. Working closely with head contractor Trinity Fitout and Construction, Trinitas provided comprehensive environmental services to support the safe delivery of this significant upgrade as the college approaches its centenary.

Our scope of works included Detailed Site Investigation, Remediation Action Plan, Asbestos Control Air Monitoring, Visual asbestos clearance inspections and certificates, Material import assessments, Waste Analysis and Classifications, Marker Layer Assessments, Site Remediation and Validation Report, and preparation of the Long Term Environmental Management Plan (EMP). Through detailed investigation and rigorous validation, Trinitas ensured the site achieved full regulatory compliance and was made suitable for the new educational facilities.
