Trinitas Group was engaged by Ingenious Civil Consulting to undertake a Preliminary and Detailed Site Investigation at Kerrs Road, Mount Vernon, as a condition of the Development Application (DA). The investigation was required to assess potential contamination risks associated with the historical use of the site. This included comprehensive soil sampling across the property and a detailed water quality assessment of the on-site dam.

Our scope of works included soil sampling and laboratory analysis, as well as specific dam water assessment to evaluate potential contaminants in surface water. The preliminary due diligence investigation provided Ingenious Civil Consulting and the consent authority with a clear understanding of the site’s environmental condition early in the planning process, supporting informed decision-making for the proposed development.
