Trinitas Group provided specialist environmental consulting and remediation services for the KSS Caringbah project, the development of a modern Kennards Self Storage facility in Caringbah, Sutherland Shire. This project involved the redevelopment of a former industrial site into a purpose-built, multi-level self-storage centre. Working closely with principal contractor Viacon Projects, Trinitas delivered comprehensive environmental and remediation services to ensure the site was safely prepared for construction.

Our scope of works included Data Gap Investigation, Remediation Action Plan, Asbestos Management Plan, Waste Analysis and Classification, Asbestos control air monitoring, Visual clearance inspections and certificates, VENM Assessment, and Site Remediation and Validation Reports. Through detailed investigation, careful asbestos management, and rigorous validation, Trinitas ensured full regulatory compliance and that the site was made suitable for the proposed self-storage development. The facility is scheduled to open in Summer 2026.
