Trinitas Group provided specialist environmental consulting and remediation services for Deicorp’s Castle Hill Showground Stage 2 development, part of the larger Hills Showground Station Precinct in Castle Hill. This significant mixed-use project is transforming former showground land into a vibrant high-density residential and retail precinct located directly adjacent to the new Showground Metro Station. Working closely with developer Deicorp and civil & remediation contractor Earthworx, Trinitas delivered comprehensive environmental services as part of Deicorp’s broader $1 billion Showground Pavilions masterplan.

Our scope of works included Data Gap Investigation, Delineation and Validation, Waste Analysis and Classification, Material Import Assessments, Asbestos control air monitoring, Visual clearance inspections and certificates, Groundwater Monitoring Event, VENM Assessment, Site Remediation and Validation Reports, and the issuance of the NSW EPA Auditor Site Audit Statement. Through detailed assessment and rigorous remediation oversight, Trinitas ensured the site achieved full regulatory compliance and was made suitable for the proposed high-density residential and mixed-use development.
