Trinitas Group was engaged to provide specialist environmental and geotechnical consulting services for the redevelopment of 100 Parramatta Road, Auburn. Located on a prominent site along the Parramatta Road corridor, this former industrial/commercial property is being prepared for future mixed-use development in Western Sydney’s growing Auburn precinct. Trinitas delivered a comprehensive suite of investigations and planning services to support the successful transition of the site.
Our scope of works included Data Gap Investigation, Acid Sulphate Soils Management Plan, Geotechnical Investigation, Hazardous Materials Building Inspection, Groundwater Monitoring Event, and preparation of the Remediation Action Plan.
Underground service scans using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and vacuum excavation (potholing) were critical prior to any digging activities. These non-destructive investigations were essential to accurately locate and mark underground utilities, preventing damage to services, ensuring site safety, and avoiding costly delays during the subsequent remediation and construction phases.
