This modern industrial project is creating a purpose-built hub for tradies and trade businesses in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, featuring high-quality workshops and specialist retail tenancies in a convenient, well-located precinct.

Our scope of works included Project Data Review, Deviation to the RAP, site supervision and site remediation management, asbestos air monitoring, asbestos clearance inspections and certificates, material import assessments, respirator fit testing, Site Validation Report, and preparation of a Long Term Environmental Management Plan.

Following the successful implementation of the Remediation Action Plan, a Site Audit Statement was issued, confirming that the site audit statement achieved full regulatory compliance and the land is suitable for the proposed industrial and commercial use, supporting safe and timely delivery ahead of the 2026 move-in date.
