Minogue Reserve, Glebe

Project description
Trinitas Group was engaged to provide specialist contaminated land services for the upgrade of Minogue Reserve in Glebe, a community park improvement project delivered by the City of Sydney.
The project involves the revitalisation of the reserve with new playground equipment, fitness stations, expanded seating, additional tree planting, and improved pathways to create a more inclusive and enjoyable public space for the local Glebe community.
Our scope included a Data Gap Investigation, preparation of an Addendum Remedial Action Plan (RAP), and Waste Analysis and Classification. A Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) – Site Contamination was engaged to independently review the Soil Investigation Report and Human Health Risk Assessment. Following this review, the CEnvP confirmed the site is suitable for the proposed park development, determining that a full Remedial Action Plan and Long-Term Environmental Management Plan were not required. The CEnvP’s formal advice was provided on company letterhead.
This project demonstrates Trinitas Group’s ability to deliver targeted, efficient environmental solutions that support timely delivery of important community infrastructure.
