Trinitas Group was engaged to deliver contaminated land and environmental consulting services for the construction of a new warehouse facility at 8 Girawah Place, Matraville. The project involved redeveloping an existing industrial site into a modern warehouse with a single-level basement, along with associated site works in Sydney’s southern industrial precinct.

Our scope of works included a detailed Site Characterisation Assessment, Waste Analysis and Classification, Groundwater Monitoring Event, Groundwater well development and sampling, and the preparation of a Dewatering Management Plan. These services were critical to identify, classify, and manage potential contamination risks associated with the site’s historical industrial use and to support safe construction activities.
