Our comprehensive scope included contamination assessment, underground storage tank removal and validation, asbestos management, waste classification, air monitoring, and detailed site validation reporting.

Following successful completion of all remediation works, a Site Audit Statement was issued, confirming that the site audit statement achieved full regulatory compliance and the land is suitable for the proposed residential, commercial, and public use — enabling safe and sustainable urban renewal in Sydney’s Inner West.
