Trinitas Group is proud to support the development of ABH Cunningham— a boutique retirement living village by Ashfield Baptist Homes on Queen Street, Ashfield.

This intimate retirement community will feature 46 architect-designed independent living apartments across five low-rise buildings, along with a basement car park, swimming pool, gymnasium, clubhouse, and extensive landscaped gardens. The project is designed to create a warm, connected living environment for older residents, complementing the adjacent Ashfield Baptist Homes aged care facility.

Trinitas Group was engaged to deliver specialist contaminated land and hazardous materials services during the critical site preparation phase. Our scope included preparation of an Addendum Remedial Action Plan, Addendum Dewatering Management Plan, data gap investigation, waste analysis and classification, hotspot delineation and validation, a full Validation Report, ongoing site hygienist supervision, and asbestos air monitoring.

This comprehensive environmental program ensures all contamination risks are proactively managed, allowing safe demolition and construction while meeting EPA and SafeWork NSW requirements and protecting the health of future residents.
