A worker has died in a workplace incident in the Christchurch suburb of Sydenham yesterday morning.
A NZ Police spokeswoman explained that emergency services were called to the site just after 11 am after reports of a worker falling from a height.
“WorkSafe is being notified, and inquiries are underway into the circumstances of the incident.”
WorkSafe NZ confirmed that they have been notified of the fatality and are investigating.
