A worker is in the Campbelltown hospital after a chemical spill incident at a pool factory in Sydney’s south-west this morning.
Emergency services including fire and ambulance attended the scene of the incident in Picton around 5 am this morning.
A total of 15 workers were decontaminated at the site.
The injured worker was provided first aid at the site, after suffering injuries from contact with a resin-like substance, according to initial reports.
The site has now been deemed safe.
