A worker at a feed mill facility north of Adelaide died after an incident at the site yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to a feed mill on the Stuart Highway near Daveyston at 10:30 am Sunday morning after fellow workers raised the alarm.
The worker, from Penrice, died at the scene. SafeWork SA has explained that further information will not be released while the investigation is underway.
Police confirmed that a report is being prepared for the coroner. SafeWork SA inspectors are at the scene investigating the incident.
