Worker killed at Melbourne business

A worker has died following a workplace incident at Clayton South, in Melbourne’s south-east.
The worker, who was working at a printing and marketing business, died in hospital after the incident on the first of October.
It is believed the worker was accessing materials on the shelf of a pallet rack, and had climbed part of the way up the structure when he fell almost a metre and a half onto the concrete floor.

WorkSafe Victoria has confirmed it is investigating the incident.

It brings the total number of deaths in Victoria to 55 for the year, which is four more than the same time last year.
