Emergency services attended the site of a workplace incident in Merrylands, Western Sydney this afternoon after a female worker fell several metres from scaffolding.
It’s understood that she had been working on the seventh floor of the construction site when the incident occurred.
First responders treated the woman at the site before extracting her and taking her to hospital.
She suffered a broken leg and a fractured jaw after falling an estimated three storeys.
